Tiring Tuesday

Today, Val and I went to meet Bertha at Prince Edward. After lunch, we went to Fa Yuen Street to get my nails redone since one of them fell off. I decided to change the whole set coz the other ones dont look nice after my nails have grown. The lady who did my nails said that my new hairstyle makes me look like a Japanese star. We bought a few things along the way. After that we walked to Mongkok. I bought a cute camera case for my camera. We walked around Mongkok till about 6pm then Bertha had to go back to look after Beric.

When we got home, Val wanted to go downstairs to buy bread from Wellcome. The bread is really delicious. MD then bought Salmon Sushi back for us. It was really really delicious! Thanks so much MD. I also hope that you get well soon. Then I had a bottle of Smirnoff Ice. That's all for now coz im having difficulties typing with these nails. Here are some pictures....

Liza Wang Fan Club Party!!!!

OMG! I can't believe that I met Liza Wang today!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went to her fanclub party and she was invited to go too. This is the first time I have been so close to an artist! This year is the fanclub's 30th anniversary. The party was held at Renaissance Kowloon Hotel. The party started at 12pm but Liza only came at 2.30pm. Before she came, we were told to shout O Jie instead of Liza. When she came, a lot of reporters followed her. There were cameras flashing everywhere! She held a bunch of balloons and a barbie doll in her hands. Love her look today...shes so cute. Then she posed for the reporters with her barbie! It was such a cute sight. The barbie had almost the same outfit as her! Then she thanked the fanclub for inviting her there today. After that she proposed a toast to us and wished us good health and a good year ahead. Then she was interviewed by several reporters and also by the TVB entertainment news. Then one of her long time fan gave a speech, it was rather long though. Liza looked so bored and she started to look around and played with her doll....lol....it was so funny. Then she cut the fanclub cake. After that, she had to go. She said that shes sorry she has to leave to go to a meeting. She stayed for about half an hour. She's so skinny!

After she left, we had a lucky draw for War of In Laws 2 poster that she gave. There were 6 of them. I happen to win one of them! I was so happy!!!! I also got a pocket calendar and 2 of her pics. I really enjoyed the party! Here are some pictures.....

04/01/2008

I can't believe that it is already the 4th! This year seems to be going fast!

Val and I went to Tsim Sha Tsui by ourselves today. We went to the Esprit Outlet coz Val needed to get some stuff for her mum, but I ended up getting stuff for myself too. After that we decided to go to Mongkok to fix my nail that fell off last night. I was just sitting there using the comp and it just came off. So sad.... We went to Mongkok and searched for Fa Yuen Street but couldn't find it. We ended up walking in so many circles! Finally gave up and walked aimlessly until we ended up at the shopping centre that sells celebrity pics. I bought more pics of Lam Fung!!! Val and I also bought MD a gift! Its a mug and handphone strap with Ming Dao on it!

Yiyi Cynthia came back from Shanghai today, she wasnt supposed to come back till tmw. We were surprised when she rang the doorbell.

The tv still not here yet. Supposed to be delivered today but the guy said can only deliver tmw...sigh

So sad, the TV stopped working since 02/01/2008 and I havent been able to watch WOIL2. It is very sad coz I waited such a long time for this show to be released.

Happy New Year!

Well, this is the first post of the year! First I would like to say Happy New Year everyone! Its finally the year 2008! I believe that this year will be a year of many obstacles and surprises. I will be in Year 11 this year. That means only 2 years of school left....

Now I'm going to copy what Val and MD did on their blogs....

Firstly, I would like to thank God for His great love and blessings thru the year.
Secondly, I would like to thank my parents for giving me a place to stay and giving me money to spend.
Thirdly, I would like to thank my friends for all the joyous times at school. So sad that many of you have graduated or left. Will be missing you guys heaps this year!
Fourthly, I would like to thank the teachers at school for giving me good reports and letting me pass year 10.
And last but not least, I would like to thanks myself...hehehehe

I just realised that I havent blogged since I went to Macau. Well, Macau was ok i guess. When we arrived we went on a day tour and visited many places. I can't remember what the name of those places are now. I will scan the itenary when I have time. We also visited the Macau Tower. It was fun up there especially the part where its glass and you can look down and see everything downstairs. I walked over that part, it was pretty fun but Val was scared. We also bought lots and lots of the famous almond biscuit. I also need to upload pics from the trip. But most of the pics are on MD's HTC. MD you need to send them to me. I was so upset when I went there coz I realised that I left my camera memory stick back in Hong Kong. I can still take pics with my camera but the built in memory is very small plus I left the cable back in Perth. We were all very tired after the day trip. Later, we went to Casa Real Hotel. Val and I were left in the room while the others went to the casino. Sadly we were underage and unable to go. MD and Yiyi Cyn bought vodka for Val and I but when we wanted to drink it we realised that we didnt have a bottle opener. We were unable to drink it. :( Here are some pictures from Macau that were taken from my phone....

My New Year's Eve

Well, even though New Year's Eve was spent at home it was still very very fun! Popo and Yipo prepared steamboat. We had live abalone too. Val and I were bored so we helped, then Val realised that the abalone was still moving. We videoed it moving, it was scary and fun at the same time. Then Val kept disturbing them to make it move more. Well, after that we watched different countdowns on TV. We saw the fireworks at the Sydney Harbour Bridge and also at the Auckland Tower. And of course all of us had cocktails at the same time. Val and I are really getting addicted... We stayed up till like 4 am watching Teresa Carpio and Lam's concert. I enjoyed the concert. Teresa has such a nice voice. The next day I slept in till very late....
