Well, I had lots of fun which you can probably tell from the pics.....OMG cant wait to get the professional pics back!!! Cass and I hitched a ride from Rebecca whose mum was really nice and paid for it.....it was meant to be a Mercedes Benz but because it was overbooked we got upgraded to a luxury stretch limo instead!!! OMG it was such a fun ride.....cant wait till rebecca sends me the pics that she took.......We got there early and set out the placecards for everyone. Then (OMG) my nail fell off!!! I was like NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I should have put the glue in my bag! ARGH! We had cocktail drinks at the courtyard and it was freezing!!! After that we adjourned to the ball room. Dinner was served slightly late...the food was YUCK! Surprisingly disgusting for a hotel like Hilton! It was buffet so it went by tables.....after we got our food, we went back to our table....Cass had got back first and when I went back I sat down and placed the napkin on my lap then she yelled 'OH, so that's what you do with it'.....i was like 'OMG, you didn't know what to do with it???' Then Cass and Jo started being silly as you can see from the pics....It was so funny......
Belle and Beau were announced after dinner.....it was done thru a voting system and the winners were so obvious as they were the teachers' pet. We were like that's so expected. They should have counted the voted in front of everyone to show whether it was really fair or not. Oh well, ok back to something better. We had the quiz but Cass and I weren't allowed to be part of it as we wrote the quiz....the answers that some people got were so hilarious. One of the questions were "Who produced Pirates of the Caribbean", one of the tables had "Johnny Depp" as the answer.....Cass and I were like OMG....LOL....finally, it was the teachers' table that won the quiz.....
Dessert was horrible....i didnt even bother to eat it......finally the best time of the night.....DANCING!
All the songs were good! but the best part was when they played songs from GREASE, YMCA, Dancing Queen - ABBA, so on....everyone including the teachers and pastors got up and danced to those....It was such a fun time, however our feet were so sore that we started dancing barefooted......LOL
Cant wait till I get the professional photos back....we took some cool ones there.......
